Challenges & Approach
This student documentary explored the world of jazz, a genre defined by constant improvisation. Working in a two-person team, I focused mainly on handheld camera work while also managing lighting. The unpredictability of the performances required quick reactions and flexible framing choices, capturing the spontaneity of the music without disrupting its flow.
